Intro to Ballroom Dancing

Eliza Doolittle had the right idea in My Fair Lady, so how about you?  Maybe after a few dance lessons your heart may take flight!  Did you ever hear a beautiful song and feel your body want to move to the music but somehow couldn't fit the pieces together?  Did you ever go to an oldies dance and want to do more than just bounce up and down as the music played?  Do you think that you have two left feet and can't dance?  Now is your chance to learn social Ballroom dancing in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Intro to Ballroom Dancing classes will be held every Wednesday at Center Church at 6:30pm and 7:30pm.  Your first class is free and then the cost of lessons is $5.00 per person per night.  Couples and singles from teens to senior citizens are welcome to attend, but pre-registration is requested.  The only requirement is that your general health is sufficient to withstand moderate exercise.

Your instructors, Rich and Carla, have been dancing for 20 years, are members of the International Choreograhped Ballroom Dancers Association, International Association of Round Dance Instructors and are ASCAP/BMI certified.  Registration can be made by calling Center Church at 724-226-2300 during the day and Kim Hines at 724-882-7584 during the evening.  Go to for more information.  Hope you can join us!
